Matadors’ Women's Soccer Secure a Victory on Mental Health Awareness Night vs. UC Riverside

California State University, Northridge Women’s Soccer earned its third consecutive shutout on Sunday evening at Matador Soccer Field against the University of California, Riverside. The 2-0 victory made an impact on the team with a strong start to Big West play and demonstrated the team’s determination and focus throughout the match.




The evening also held a special meaning as the Matadors hosted their Mental Health Awareness game, which highlighted the importance of one’s wellness both on and off the field. The players, coaches, and fans came together to support the theme night by wearing something green and to recognize the value of mental health.
